• Update all Craig Center CNA Certification by assisting employees with completion if needed and providing required paperwork to NHA for signature• Provide NHA with updates in training, employee physical delinquency list, and CIR information for Leadership Meeting.• Compile/distribute memorandums to staff as requested by NHA• Prepare and submit work orders• Complete request to fill for vacant positions• Answer Phone/Handle the main line to Craig Center• Backup person for DON’s Office• Input data into RIMS Program for Critical Incident Report with no assist• Forward, correct, and track all Critical Incident Reports (CIR) to Risk Management and Staff• Process Separation Letters by contacting staff and setting up appointments with NHA.• Assist in External Investigations by providing investigators with information and ensuring staff availability for interviews.• Handle all Internal Investigations by forwarding CIR to RN/TL’s and completed 5-Day Investigations to Risk Management when requested.• Handle telephone work repairs• Maintain Craig Center Productivity Files• Complete Craig Center Annual Home Survey (ANHQ)• Assist in HFR Survey and facilitate timely response to all HFR requests• Send Staff to HR for Drug Screen• Contact person for Craig Center Copier• Meter Reader for Craig Copier• Distribute and track the copier paper for Craig Center• Provide Georgia Medical Care Foundation (GMCG) with the Nurse Aide Training Program-12 hours per CNA• Back up person for prepare minutes for Craig Center Morning Meeting• Pick up and handle the mail for NHA• Supervisor two staff – Consumer Specialist and Program Assistant• Supervisor resigned staff/light duty staff• Filing• Manage the Main Bulletin Board for Craig Center • Manage Bulletin Boards on Admin Hall• Schedule Meeting for Craig Center Conference Rooms• Inputs staff time in Kronos Program.• Set up interviews for NHA• Any other duties as assigned.
