Reconciling fixed assets and ensuring accuracy of the fixed assets module in the general ledger. Performing monthly journal entries as part of the close process, ensuring compliance with internalcontrols and best practices.Working closely with external auditors on year-end audits, including the preparation of schedules andanalysis as needed.

Month end closing Journal entries, including expense accruals, amortization of prepaid , maintain all aspects of Fixed Assets. Allocation of expenses incurred. Maintenance of sales / Use Tax regulations and filings. Assists other departments with proper coding of invoices and expenses. Prepare and analyze detailed income statements and review variances against prior periods. Provide accounting support to external auditors during audit process. Many others as required.
