I make follow up calls on all projects that our company has provided a quotation negotiating projects based on scope and price, building relationships is crucial. Our firm uses a database created from Crystal Reports and Sequel Server called FLOW. I have been a major contributor to the content and quality control of this program. It is the intent of SCCI to market this construction management database tool once it is complete. It is currently a work in progress but is utilized by our firm on a daily basis.
