DevRel Summit is a yearly professional development day to showcase the best practices for industry leaders working with developer communities.DevRel Summit was launched in Seattle 2016 as the first event for technical leaders to join together to share insights into the workings and failings in developer engagement strategies and programs. Summit attracted over 100 attendees and included 14 industry leaders from IBM to Open Stack to share for the first time their insights into engaging with software developers. We continued the Summit program in 2017 with again about 100 core attendees from Microsoft, Samsung, Slack, 9 main stage speakers, and 4 breakout sessions.

Women Who Code is a global non-profit dedicated to inspiring women to excel in technology careers.Within the past 4 years, I helped grow the Seattle community grow from 300 members to over 3K members, to date (and still growing)I produced two consecutive CONNECT women in tech careers conference for over 1200 attendees that now continues annually as the flagship developer conference in San Francisco for 100K developersI now lead as a member of the Advisory Board to help over 70 regional chapters scale their annual developer programs to exceed over 1,700 events throughout their communities.

Blueprint Fit designs and manages onsite instructor-led wellness programs for employees. We help people jump the first hurdle of finding that wellness program that works for their culture and company and lead them successfully to achieve their goal. As Founder and CEO, I brought in 3 dedicated core team members, including our lead engineer, plus two additional engineering contributors to build and maintain the application base. In 2016, we closed Blueprint Fit due to challenges in obtaining funding to scale the business more quickly to outpace competition. I started working with the Mandarin Oriental Hotel group, a luxury hospitality leader, in NYC first with the marketing team to learn how to delivery value and anticipate needs for discerning guests. As a manager at the Hong Kong property, I designed and implemented wellness membership programs to for select 120 clientele. The program included managing Hong Kong's most renowned Ashtanga Yoga studio, hiring top certified Mysore teachers. My daily responsibilities also included managing an elaborate team of wellness professionals and celebrity guest teachers to operate an exclusive Pilates studio and fitness center to create a holistic and experiential program for our members.
