Hello, I've been working at Knott's Berry Farm going on 5 years. I first started as a cashier in the GhostTown Area inside the bakery. I was there for about 2 weeks, I then was transferred to a pizza location in the same area to be crossed trained to make and handle pizzas and salads. I was at that location for a month, I was then transferred to another location in the area; this time it was a full-service restaurant. I was first trained as a busser after trained as an expeditor to learn the menu and food, next to a cashier/host, and lastly trained as a server. I then was promoted to a Team Leader stayed in that position for a year and a half, eventually was promoted to a Food and Beverage Supervisor for Boardwalk Area of the park; along with two other Supervisors.
