The Uber-inspired project HabanaTaxis was dedicated to improving the mobility of Cuban citizens by connecting drivers with riders through our system on WhatsApp, which served as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).We had a fleet of cars and vans. We provided services such as airport transfers, city rides, interstate trips, city tours, luxury car service, old-fashioned and roofless antique cars, guided tours to popular landmarks, and beach pick-ups and drop-offs.Our biggest achievements were +4.9k followers on Facebook, more than 120 driver associates, more than 7000 rides, and we generated more than $4000 in revenue in the first year.

My main task was welcoming international students and guiding them through the admission and scholarship processes. In addition, I helped with communication through emails and filled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) forms in HubSpot. During my position, I developed great relationships with potential students through WhatsApp and email, and I regularly sent reports to my supervisor.
