• More than 20-year work experience as professional geophysicist in both western Canada exploration and China offshore oil & Gas exploration.• Managing 4D seismic monitoring of CO2 EOR in world-renown Weyburn oil field and providing seismic surveillance to optimize CO2 injection and field operations, as well as infill drilling and new phase rollouts.• Managing and designing CCUS seismic monitoring program in Regina/Belle Plaine area, Saskatchewan.• Various seismic experiences in Saskatchewan, including Atlas Channels/Success/Roseray/Shaunavon plays in SWSK, and Ratcliffe/Frobisher/Torquay/Alida plays in SESK.• Successfully initiated the exploration and development of two tight sands oil plays (Glauconitic lithic Channels and Ellerslie/BQ sands)at Southern Alberta, from 2010 to 2014 in Cenovus, and added oil production from 0 bbl/d to ~3490 bbl/d by 2014, increased the booked reserve to ~2260MSTB by 2014.• Strong background at 2D & 3D seismic data interpretations, mapping, modeling & inversion, AVO analysis, spectral decomposition, curvature as well as integrated analysis of geology, well logs and production data with seismic attributes.• Proficient at various G&G software: Seisware, AttributeStudio, Petrel, Accumap, GeoScout, Hampson Russell Suite, Geographix Seismic modeling and GeoSyn.• Excellent problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills.
