I am an Operations Manager who has experience in the retail field. I have transitioned into a corporate role after having spent 15 years in Store Management . I come with strong Operations and Customer Focus knowledge that lead to driving sales. I also have profound experience in training and development of store teams as well as the on-boarding of managers. In my corporate role, I have worked as a liaison between the VP of stores and retail stores. I worked side by side with the VP of stores in order to create a more efficient operational system at the store level. I now work side by side with the EVP of our DTC division. I also work in partnership with various departments within the company in order to better support the field team (Merchant Planning, MIS/IT, Loss Prevention, Marketing, HR, Accounting, and Finance). I work alongside our MIS/IT department to help implement system upgrades. I develop training manuals for upgrades when necessary and also provide the training to our store teams. XStore, Kronos, RFID, SIM (inventory software) are just a few of the systems I have trained to. I also worked on revamping our Sales Training Program to which I created a training handbook to be implemented in our retail stores.
