Organizations depend on their networks. And networks depend on core services like DDI and DNS security to run reliably. Infoblox brings next-level security, reliability, and automation to networks. Over 8,000 organizations use Infoblox to make their networks more available, automated, and secure. And guess what, they all need training! My achievements in this role include building and launching the Infoblox learning subscription and DDI Professional certification programs, migration to a new LMS and business operations system, implementation of a digital badging program, partnering with (ISC)² to offer CPE credits, creation of product sales tools, and setting of annual records for education bookings and margins.

In this role, I led a fantastic team of training developers, instructors, and sales and operations staff. Together we developed and delivered the best hands-on technical training Infoblox has ever offered to its customers. Achievements included a rebuild of the technical training program, development of an on-demand curriculum and micro-learning library for just-in-time training, creation of a training lead generation and sales organization, transition from individual seat to training credit sales, management of a global training partner network, and five straight years of double-digit bookings and revenue growth.

E2open is the leading provider of cloud-based, on-demand software solutions enabling enterprises to procure, manufacture, sell, and distribute products more efficiently through their global supply chain.In this role, I led customer and partner training for E2open’s enterprise supply chain solutions through a global team of training developers and instructors. The role was focused on developing custom learning solutions to support each customer’s unique implementation. This included developing the training strategy, plan, and pricing for the customer and the development and delivery of the courses for the customer and their business partners.

I was an enterprise software program manager, leading multiple customer projects implementing supply chain solutions to support business process transformations. I managed the activities of solution architects, technical leads, developers, quality assurance engineers, and training resources, directed program activities and guided clients through their implementations.

I built a global organization to deliver training and communication activities for our customers and their partners. This included developing and delivering training courses and communication plans, hiring instructional designers and trainers, integrating training activities into overall project plans, and acting as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle.

I led, built, and managed E2open’s first global organization to deliver training and communication activities for customers and their partners. I hired and mentored instructional designers and trainers and together we developed and delivered training and communication plans for E2open customers. I also acted as subject matter expert during the sales cycle and developed deployment lessons learned and best practices for customers.

In this position, I managed a team of consultants responsible for the development and delivery of custom learning solutions to support PwC/Omni Logic’s customer SAP implementations.
