Through my many years in the PEO, Benefits and insurance industry, I have gained the knowledge of how to best match businesses with PEOs based on their HR needs. Running a business should be the company principal's main focus. Leaving the compliance, HR, benefits admin, worker's comp issues and audits to the professionals of a PEO is both cost effective and time saving to small to medium sized employers. Not enough company owners know what a PEO can do to enhance their business!

Managed all aspects of benefit administration processes. Handled all RFPs from quoting to case submission, client/employee service issues and renewal, as well as carrier bill reconcilliation, COBRA administration and regulatory compliance.

Handled benefits administration at corporate headquarters in Atlanta for 55,000 short and long term associates. Part of a four-person team providing assistance in enrollment, status changes, renewal, analysis and interfacing.

Developed the PEO service position into a full Benefits Department within the first two years - growing from just shy of 50 worksite employees to 1200+. Managed all aspects of benefits including, but not limited to health, ancillary, 401k and compliance. In addition, I was the quoting/selling agent for all group health cases.
