Responsible for all aspects of assigned infrastructure projects for managed services customers. Projects focused on Internal information system-specific projects that involve technology integration, and infrastructure environment build-out and Delivery by service teams for outsourced solutions to external clients. Typically involves extensive interactions with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.Generally manage medium to large projects (i.e., approximately 3,000 to 10,000 project hours with a team of 25 to 50 team members, an internal cost of $300,000 to $1,000,000, and a project duration of 4 to 12 months) of medium risk and complexity.

Managed all aspects of multiple SaaS integration projects simultaneously for healthcare organizations allowing them to achieve their goals to improve patient safety, clinical outcomes, compliance and financial performance. This included initial contact with vendors and partners, gathering requirements, developing and configuring integrations, testing, and deployment.
