• Led the development, execution and analysis of integrated marketing communications strategies to support the mission of the association • Supported the creation of CommYOUnity™, the first national brain tumor volunteer network• Drove awareness of the association’s impact by developing and distributing its annual report • Wrote and produced online and offline materials, including website and social media content, emails, infographics, advertising, brochures, newsletters and educational publications • Partnered with cross-functional team and external stakeholders to create comprehensive online caregiver resource center and associated handbook• Established relationships and produced video testimonials of survivors, caregivers, volunteers, researchers and physicians to enhance website and social media content • Created messaging, graphics, websites and promotional packages for six patient meetings and nine 5K fundraising events taking place annually across the country• Assisted in fundraising efforts, including biannual appeals and grant reports• Managed invoicing, tracking, annual budgeting and forecasting for department• Served as marketing lead on Senior Leadership Team, which implemented organizational strategies and developed new programs• Oversaw Marketing & Communications Managers, Specialist and external freelancers, graphic designers and production vendors• Implemented new branding and marketing tools, including design templates, graphic guidelines, monthly campaign metrics report, project status, invoice tracker and budget tracker• 2014 American Brain Tumor Association Employee of the Year
