As Sales Administrator I handle a wide variety of functions: I assist the sales and service teams with required documentation, prepare vehicle delivery paperwork including state DMV required documentation for titling and registration purposes; Manage accounts receivables including daily deposits for sales, service and rental departments, account reconciliation, collection calls and required paperwork submitted to state and federal accounts for payment; Manage accounts payable including montlhy petty cash reconcilation, credit card and gas log statements, expense reports; Manage client accounts and update information as needed; Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of adaptive equipment, prepare contracts and invoices, prepare and file all related paperwork; Manage the vehicle maintenace and schedule repairs as needed for the rental fleet.
