 Working as DGM (Operations) and heading a project of value INR 4500 crores with complete responsibility/Accountability for Business Operations. Responsible for complete P&L of project.  Manage and monitor compliance of local Regulatory such as liaising with Govt. bodies and statutory authorities like as Electricity boards, Municipal Administration (Tax- Water- Drainage- Road), Police Department, PF-ESIC and obtain necessary license and clearances. Liaison with govt. departments and authorities at all levels and developing and building rapport with the local and national press reporters.  Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards are attained and maintained in areas related to the contract. Effectively manage the operations assigned to ensure that high standards and operational controls are actually being maintained at all times. Ensure that all contractual agreements / AMC and MIS systems reports are compiled and collate information from all departments and outside for onward monthly review with higher management.  Ensure that revenue forecast is collected and any variance in the dip of the revenue is immediately acted upon and corrective actions are implemented. Action taken report is forwarded to management. Ensure that all collectable revenue is collected and keep a constant vigil on leakage prevention, escape/alternate routes, integrity of the people employed, constant monitoring and adherance to processes and procedures connected to revenue and equipment. Ensure that subordinate staffs are performing as per the written procedures of the company, deviations checked, rectified and a follow up action carried out to ensure that such deviation does not happen in future.  Handling overall maintenance of facilities and equipment, which includes mechanical, electrical, civil and HVAC thereby ensuring preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in conformance with SOPs and best engineering practices

 Heading a project of value INR 1450 crores with complete responsibility / Accountability for Business Operations for Top Line & Bottom Line in the business of Facilities Management. My areas of responsibility include but not limited to Administration, Facilities Management, Security, Contract Labour Management, Transport, Housekeeping, Access Control, EHS, etc. Responsible for complete P&L of project. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that excellent service standards are attained and maintained in areas related to the contract.  Focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Manage and monitor compliance of local Regulatory such as liaising with Govt. bodies and statutory authorities like as Electricity boards, Municipal Administration (Tax- Water- Drainage- Road), Police Department, PF-ESIC and obtain necessary license and clearances. Budget: Prepare- Implement- monitor & maintain annual budgets for the operations and maintenance of project. Emphasise on achieving savings through controlling expenses- vendor changes- expense control- proposal development- and negotiations. Ensure that all contractual agreements / AMC and MIS systems reports are compiled and collate information from all departments and outside for onward monthly review with higher management.  Leading a multi-disciplinary team in a 24x7 operations towards continuous project management and development with cost reduction initiatives and providing value addition to business. Provide executive reporting on monthly forecasts of facility operating expense performance; budget and actual with variance analysis. Control, appraise and monitor progress of works and staff. Negotiating with & finalise Service Agreements with reliable contractors for execution of servicing works as per budgeted parameters.
