I have more than 25 yrs of experience in the IT industry. I started my career as a field engineer back in 1994 attending to desktop related issues running on DOS/windows for work group and later windows 95 when it was newly launched.I developed my skills in Novell NetWare and specialised in Novell NetWare SFT III, SCO Unix, Solaris and Winix ( Unix developed by Wipro). I have extensive experience supporting offshore clients especially French clients performing roles as Infra team lead, Infra Sevice delivery manager, Project manager, Infra operations manager.I have extensive knowledge on IT process, have good leadership qualities and am known for my people management skills. Have thorough understanding of tools such as ITSM and Service now. Currently I am performing the role of IT Cloud project manager and have successfully completed several critical projects for financial institutions such as Reliance Capital, National Stock exchange and State Bank Of India. I am a result oriented person and always like taking on complex projects and strive hard to meet all deadlines. I like learning new technologies and upgrading my skills.
