The Company had entered into MoU with M/s Techmed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, Chennai, India (a leading chain in Diagnostics Industry and a clear leader in Hospital Lab Management in India). Techmed brings to the partnership the expertise, experience and knowledge of both HLM and Retail Diagnostics whereas VCare founders bring the experience of West Africa market. VCare address the immediate gap of about 40% Diagnostics test which are currently outsourced to Labs around the world in Countries like India, South Africa, UK and USA. We invested into Technology, equipment and manpower so that all Tests are done in the fastest Turn Around Time. This gives us the advantage of tapping into a Multi-Million Dollar business immediately.Since its launch in August 2019, VCare has grown from One reference lab to a network of 4 labs and 1 Collection Centre. We were pioneers in Molecular Biology Testing and hence took a leadership role during the pandemic. The Company’s sales in the core Medical Diagnostics Testing (excluding the PCR testing for COVID19) has grown >65% YOY. The Company’s revenue grew from US$622K in 2021 to US$ 1 Million in 2022. The work entailed rebooting the Company's Lubricant business, diversifying into new territories throughout West Africa region, setting up new Lube plant, enhancing the capacity of existing plant etc. Between July - September registered a PAT of US$ 1.4 Million. The restaurant went on to win many awards in the three years of its inception and was ranked among the top restaurants in Delhi’s National Capital Region. • Spread over 12,500 sq. ft. it’s a 220-cover restaurant and a Brewing capacity of 135,000 liters PA. The Brewing plant and its technology was from Caspary GmbH, Germany. • Due to our excellent quality & freshness both in Beers and Food our restaurant was patronized primarily by the Expat community of Delhi NCR. Our customer split was 70% expatriates & 30% Indians. • Leading Corporates & their CEOs patronized 7DB. The Restaurant positioned itself uniquely with its German Cuisine bring a positive perception for German food in India. We were actively supported by the German High commission and German companies like BMW, Siemens etc. • BMW’s X5 launch was done at 7 Degrees Brauhaus, a first time at any standalone restaurant. This showed their belief in our Brand and our customer base. • Launched various unique loyalty programs such as Privilege Customer & Beer Enthusiast Club. Corporate Tie-ups with most of the leading MNC companies gave us the edge in sales and market positioning. The Company recorded a growth of 25% YOY on the topline.
