This was one of the most difficult plants in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd due to its Geographical location and community problems. Due to my excellent man-management skills and coordination between labor union and management, I successfully managed the plant with minimal IR Problems. During my tenure, the plant created many landmarks in the bottling of cylinders, safety, and man-management.
