• Meet and exceeded Budget Target for 2023 for Sensor and Automation Category.• Providing product support to a diverse customer base. • Answering and processing customer’s enquiries & orders via phone, and emails.• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions• Generating reports for Management from Propella software and being the Propella expert• Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out new business• Gain a deep understanding of clients' technical needs and effectively communicate these requirements to internal technical and support teams• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and customise solutions based on client specifications• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions• Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling• Weekly marketing campaigns for the 2 categories (Industrial and Utilities team)• Liaising with Suppliers and attending supplier trainings.• Attending Cadence calls and Sales meetings with suppliers.• Inventory management and purchasing, ensuring the correct stock purchased based on the lead time and requirements.• Submitting any SPA required with suppliers and project pricing with suppliers• Updating CRM using Dynamics 365• Creating Price book for each individual suppliers ensure all margins are calculated to remain profitable within the given GP%• Training new staff on Propella, Dynamics 365 and other IT software where required• Dealing with Wholesalers and OEM customers ensuring their special prices are maintained and loaded into their ERP systems.
