I implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives and promote a positive work culture. I have established a talent pool development roadmap to cater to a massive recruitment drive for BC and WC. I have also successfully set up CSR projects at different locations. I have maintained employees retention through various initiatives, including improved onboarding processes, engagement programs, recognition and learning activities.
