CEP programs are vital in provinding services to patients and obtaining customer insights on the company tactics, strategies, brand positioning and use or discontinuation of the company products. In this process I’m the Point of Contact for the marketing lead or brand manager for maximizing and adding value to such programs by sometimes anticipating and addressing very well instance of issue in the design and execution. My work has also brought me close to the Medical Quality Oversight (MQO) team and Drug Safety Unit (DSU) in the oversight of all aspects of audit and inspection readiness and the implementation of Corrective and PreventiveActions (CAPAs) and issue resolution as well as implement and maintain compliant, effective and transparent procedures, meeting business needs. In these years I continued my activities on the Global Content and Approval (GCMA) platform, acting as Italy Point of Contact, providing support to users, leading the Italian Core team, striving to keep users engaged (via newsletter, surveys and refocus training) and proactively address business needs regarding their promotional materials and activities. I also designed and published the company first website on the GCMA platform which received high praises from the global team and now represents a gold standard for the company. Due to this high volume and hard work on the platform I became highly involved and consulted by the Center of Excellence team on the future roadmap and improvements of the platform. I elaborated the training/support materials and delivered face to face training to all HQ colleagues. I also supported local Medical Quality Oversight Team in writing the GCMAlocal Working Instructions. I soon became the single Point of Contact for day to day issues, for improvements of the platform at Regional and Global Level and driving change management and adoption towards users. I also was in charge to re-style and redesign the Veeva CRM and PforceRx training for new on-boarded colleagues. During this experience, I was able to demonstrate and further develop my facilitation and collaboration skills that led me to build strong formal and informal relationships with key stakeholders. I also had the possibility to improve my skills in the planning andimplementation of a tool that impacted all the HQ. This role being close to the marketing team I got hands on experience on the design and production of promotional materials and activities.
