• Main role is to get the quality Resumes source out candidates from Job portals and submit them in the Portal / VMS Team.
• Submitting quality candidates is my main focus rather than doing some blind submissions for the sake of submittals (target) to justify salary.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates (H1 / GC/ US Citizens) according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and.
• Co-ordinating between the candidates and the HR Recruitment team about the selection process, interview and feedback.
• Identifying Fake candidates and their experience.
• Worked on state clients like State of OH, State of MD, State of MI

• Managed a team of 4 members, training them, and helping with the job board search
• Explain the job description and help the team with the search strings and screening questions and train the recruiters.
• Make a note of the client call and convey the same to the team. Explaining them with hiring status of the candidates for GC, H1B, OPT EAD, GC EAD, L2 EAD, and TN Visa.
• Search resumes in various available Job Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and LinkedIn. Screen the candidates and match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
• Ensure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
• Negotiate salary with candidates and negotiate pay rate with subcontracting companies and close the position.

• I have worked in multiple areas of IT including Java,.NET, SALESFORCE, SAP BA, ETL, SQL, A-level Project Managers, etc.
• Conduct searches for qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn, existing referrals, and cold-calling passive candidates. Also using Boolean logic and Internet search engines as well as networking via community events.
• Maintained good relationships and built a pipeline of all the passive candidates.
• Recruited and placed IT professionals in various modules.
• I have also worked for technologies like TIBCO, Network Support Engineers Telecom Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Also, sourced for Non-IT candidates like Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Finance managers.

• Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the Information Technology sector. Recruit for a vast array of IT positions including, project managers, developers, database administrators.
• Sourced resumes for Java/J2EE Developers & Architects, QA Analysts, Software engineers, Project Managers, Documentation Specialists, HL7 candidates, Dot Net Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Automation Leads
• Framing the requirement in an understandable way to consultants / vendors and posting the Job requirement in portals / vendors database.
• For Sourcing, I used several sources like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn Network, and referrals from candidates to reach passive candidates.
• Did initial screening of the candidates to find out their visa status, current location, and expected salary, did the communications skills check, and briefed about the client and the job description.
• Ensure that resume appropriately reflects the candidates’ experience and requirements.
