Current• Main role is to get the quality Resumes source out candidates from Job portals and submit them in the Portal / VMS Team.• Submitting quality candidates is my main focus rather than doing some blind submissions for the sake of submittals (target) to justify salary.• Perform searches for qualified candidates (H1 / GC/ US Citizens) according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. Interact with various job portals e.g. Dice, Monster LinkedIn etc.• Co-ordinating between the candidates and the HR Recruitment team about the selection process, interview and feedback.• Identifying Fake candidates and their experience.• Worked on state clients like State of OH, State of MD, State of MI• Provide recruiting on all IT technologies like Java, Web, Mobile developers, TIBCO, ARIBA, BA, and Project Manager for different Clients Nationwide.• Worked on hard-to-fill requirements like IOS, Informatica, I phone developers Java J Angular, and .Net developers.• Perform full-desk sourcing and recruiting for clients specializing in emerging technologies and ERP Functional Solutions Consultants including. Effectively manage time and balance multiple client project requirements with varying priority levels.
