Delivery Governance Lead (Strategy And Operations)
Current• Contribute to organizational strategy and plans, support workforce fulfilment, planning and optimization• Working with market leaders on future-facing workforce planning exercises, aligning information related to progression, rotations, and retention•Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and HR to identify talent and skill gaps & prioritize open positions globally•Facilitate seamless internal rotations, keeping all stakeholders appropriately updated and managing risk•Operationalize a mechanism to quickly mobilize the required resources/assets to address the new growth in the shortest possible time.•Implementation of various dashboards for leadership on DHA, VoC, CES, PMs analytics, Action item UI, Risk assessment•Managing Global Delivery health assessment and providing regular updates to leadership team and other stakeholders on the progress and performance of projects within the portfolio•Govern delivery for customer experience, quality, productivity, performance, strengthen systems, & processes•Working with Delivery Managers globally to operationalize delivery excellence to streamline processes for on-going projects and define quantitative measures to review the progress and adoption•Responsible for making sure the program is completed as per the defined milestones by presenting the outputs along with the business insights to the Leadership team•Review accounts regularly to ensure that all performance parameters are being delivered as per SOW, committed timelines and quality.•Identify and mitigates critical issues/escalations/risks proactively and ensure to have a formal closure•Established a governance mechanism to keep a check on the critical compliances (Security, Financials, DE etc.)•Supporting new Customer On-boardings with the expedited staffing and team on-boardings•Support change management efforts related to project management practices, methodologies, and tools
