Key Responsibility Areas: ​➢ Design development is best practice of an electrical circuits for SPM machine (Special purpose machine) like Fully Automatic, Semi-Automatic machine and small testing devices / testing fixture etc. with as per the CE standard.➢ Efficiently creating a pneumatic circuit for SPM machine.➢ Basic PLC programming knowledge in Ladder logic and Structured text (Phoenix contact PLC – ILC-151, ILC-171 & ILC-191) and troubleshooting of testing devices / testing fixture.➢ Basic HMI programming knowledge of Phoenix contact touch panel.➢ Working experience of Pneumatic items and Valve Cluster (Festo).➢ Selection of different types of sensors and actuators as per machine requirements.➢ Independently perform the material procurement of all electrical items.➢ Responsible for all new installation & commissioning of electrical as well as mechanical Assembly of SPM.➢ Providing technical service and support for all SPM machine either as per our knowledge or with the help of German colleague.➢ Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with high professionalism and accuracy.➢ Handle a group of technicians for new as well as old Assembly, Machine relocation, Installation, commissioning and service activity for all machine and Zig-Zag fixture etc.➢ Cooperation and Communication with outside vendors / Distributer / Dealer etc.➢ Both practical as well as theoretical knowledge of different electrical items and instruments.➢ Participate in process improvement activities.➢ Prepare machine operating procedure.➢ Prepare machine maintenance schedule.➢ Some basic knowledge about Teamcenter software.➢ Use GTIS software to handle the work status of all projects.
