 Managing of Logistics operations Export - Import, Documentation, Co-ordination with Production, PPC, Foreign Colleagues, Dispatch team, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents, Transporters to look after all the day to day transactional, documentational and co-ordinational activities. Ensuring no delay in compilation of documents for dispatches. Keeping all records and preparing MIS & Shipment details. Obtain export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment. Freight Negotiations with saving & finalization of partners. Redemption of EPCG Licenses and handling to government agencies (DGFT & Customs).  Aware of Duty draw back, RoDTEP and other scripts benefit and maintain MIS sheet.  Coordination with Production and dispatch departments for smooth operation. Coordination with finance department for timely submission of documents to bank. Tracking of shipment and documents dispatched. Monitoring and follow up of outstanding payment from finance. Also handling the Key Account Management activities related to sales & Payment. Checking warehouse stock and bill.

 Preparation of Pre & post shipment documents. Exim & Domestic Logistics with Supply Chain management. Freight RFQ working & Negotiation. Customs Documentation- Refund of various schemes (i.e.- Duty Drawback, SAD, etc.) Co-ordinate with production Engineers with preparation project documents. Obtaining certificate of origin & GSP certificate. Maintain MIS report to customs clearance upto delivery. Coordination with finance department for timely submission of documents to bank. Tracking of shipment and documents dispatched. Monitoring and follow up of outstanding payment from finance. Also handling the Key Account Management activities related to sales & Payment Co-ordination with Excise Department for various documentation. (i.e., Annexure-19, UT -1 Bond, etc.)
