Sarah Pace is a trial and appellate lawyer who has concentrated in complex commercial litigation throughout her career. Ms. Pace has represented public companies, privately held companies, government agencies (municipality and State), and individuals. Matters include antitrust, breach of contract (e.g., asset purchase agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, real estate development agreements, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, trademark license agreements, joint venture agreements, indemnification agreements), breach of fiduciary duty, Constitutional employment and First Amendment claims, eminent domain, employment discrimination, Fair Housing Act claims, fraud, insurance coverage, personal injury matters including wrongful death, tortious interference, trademark infringement, trade secret claims, and shareholder disputes. After practicing for 25 years in Chicago, Ms. Pace relocated to Tucson, Arizona in 2018. She is now doing civil trial and appellate work on behalf of the City of Tucson and its employees.
