As a Financial Services Representative at Teachers Federal Credit Union (TFCU), I leverage my 15 years of customer service experience and 10 years of human resources experience to provide quality financial solutions and services to our members. I have held supervisory or managerial positions in various organizations, including CVS Pharmacy and Toys"R"Us, where I demonstrated my skills in training new hires, critical thinking, and problem-solving.I am also a student at Stony Brook University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education, with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Monroe Community College. I have completed several certifications from the New York State Department of Education, such as School Violence Intervention and Prevention, Identification and Referral of Substance Abuse, Child Abuse Identification, and DASA, which reflect my passion for education, mental health, and substance abuse advocacy. In my spare time, I enjoy creative writing, reading, exercising, and photography.
