I am a consultant especialized in Circular Economy, Economic Development and International Cooperation, with consolidated expertise in project management, research, design and evaluation of public policy and market analysis. My educational background includes a Master´s Degree in Circular Economy, a Master's degree in Economic Development and International Cooperation, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.Currently, I hold the position of Project Officer within the Circular Economy & Sustainable Industry Unit at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission. In this role, I am responsible for conducting research and analysis to support policy development in sustainable production and consumption. My responsibilities also encompass inter-institutional coordination with various Directorate-Generals and engagement with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders from the public and private sectors.From 2020 to 2022, I served as a Project Manager for the Low Carbon and Circular Economy Business Action in the Americas. In this capacity, I led coordination efforts across teams, implemented technical assistance activities, managed external relations and conducted rigorous monitoring and quality control.My extensive international experience spans across the Caribbean, South America, Africa, and Europe. Notably, I served as an Economic Specialist at the General Directorate of Internal Revenue in the Dominican Republic, contributing to a fiscal reform proposal in the area of green taxation. Additionally, I worked as an International Trade Advisor at the Spanish Economic and Commercial Office in London, supporting Spanish companies in their internationalization endeavors.
