• Responsible for facility operations of a 6.5 acre site, 97,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space (Williams Air Force Base) ($1.3 million budget) • Ability to quickly master new challenges in ever changing and fast paced environment• Oversaw all contractors/contracts from the start of Statement of Work, bid process, source selection, contract negotiations, quality assurance and invoicing. • Daily interface with tenants.
