As a dedicated Biological Field Technician, I am passionate about exploring and preserving the natural world through hands-on field work. Currently, I conduct surveys for raptors, songbirds, big game, and other protected species across several ongoing projects at proposed wind farm sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that developmental projects align with environmental conservation standards and regulations.My expertise involves navigating remote and often challenging terrain using GPS, compasses, and topographic maps. I am adept at managing potential hazards, such as dense vegetation, dangerous wildlife, extreme temperatures, and severe weather conditions.
