Managing annual marketing asset inventory and distribution for over dozen racing program. Also live event execution of deliverables at a number of specialty drag racing events including world championships.

• Continue all previous position responsibilities in addition to new tasks• Train new administrative staff for all seven regional Division Offices• Evaluate current procedures and refine methods for administrative staff’s every day and annual tasks• Act as point person for all division staff to contact about any problems that arise on the day-to-day basis• Design online and traditional paper applications and forms for the organization• Collaborate with the IT Development Team on new Competition Department projects• Analyze and process all division competition drag racing license applications• Field incoming communication from customers/racers (phone, email, mail, or walk-ins)• Prepare and distribute documents to racers and race tracks (digital & paper)• Operate timing system computer at drag racing events• Verify post-event results and point tallies for season championships
