As Flowtech grew, it was a requirement for systems and financial reporting to become aligned across all of the Flowtech entities. I realigned the financial architecture and processes across the entire group and reduced reporting times significantly in some states by 80%. This allowed for faster and more accurate decisions to be made by management and investors.Held a position on the board and reported on the groups:1. Financial performance across Australia, Ireland and Denmark2. Managed and reported on legal obligations with ATO, OSR3. Managed HR and Payroll requirements across the group

As one of the original investors, I performed multiple positions as required during start up phase. My position evolved as the company grew around Australia and as such I designed and implemented the operational architecture across financials, administration and quality control (NATA 17025). I provided support to the Flowtech Management team in Ireland, Western Australia and South Australia.

Responsibilities included building on market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing clientele.

Responsible for the management and growth of client base with the sale of ASIC, Credit and Property information throughout Australia.
