As a member of the Professional Services team I have the pleasure of working with our customers from beginning to end in the design, development, delivery and ongoing support of the contact centre or cloud telephony solution.*Consultancy - assessing system requirements and production of documentation for contact centre requirements.*Pre-Sales - responding to tenders, EOI, RFPs, RFQs; in person and remote product demonstrations.*Project Management - Agile project management, Microsoft Project, solution delivery management.*Solution Architect - solution design, configuration and testing, integration with CRM solutions*Training Delivery - creation of training documentation, delivery of end user training for agents/team leaders/manager/administrators, specialty training on Workforce Management, Quality Management.*Support Technician - ongoing support via the service desk for customer MACs, issues and questions.

Responsible for day-to-day office management and supply requisitions.Managed office switchboard for business and customer enquiries.Managed company customer enquiries email account.Trouble shooting technical issues with computer and AV hardware, and software.Provided administrative assistance to various departments:*HR - posting of job vacancies, initial screening and phone interview of job applicants, reference checking.*Operations - data entry and analysis for store KPIs and performance evaluations.*Payroll - data entry and file auditing/management of staff files.*Accounts - organising credit card refunds, completing credit application with vendors.*Marketing - preparation and packaging of store marketing materials.*Training - training materials preparation, training day catering, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
