- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to perform malware and virus remediation and prevention across 5M+ customer base.- Architected and drove automation efforts to perform 1M+ automated investigations monthly.- Enabled automated identification, notification, and remediation capabilities for endpoints affected by malicious software.

In this position, I managed multiple teams of engineers who were separately responsible for customer security management and response. These teams managed customer firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems, and performed Acceptable Use Policy/Terms of Service enforcement along with handling emergency and non-emergency IP legal demand requests..

Responsible for Acceptable Use Policy enforcement and complaint handling, driving rehabilitation efforts through customers and ensuring a positive public image through managing a clean ISP/NSP network.- Utilized Unix shell commands to access modem authentication log files.- Leveraged ArcSight SIEM in detection and mitigation of Distributed.
