Supervised daily operations of the store which included: hiring, leading and developing associates, conducting physical inventories, and discipline. Meeting and exceeding each customer's service experience, while maintaining an 85% CSAT score.

• Front- End Supervisor- Ranked #33 out of the entire company (United States & Canada) in Beyond Sales and was recognized by the District Manager. Front- End duties included: Staff management, cashier audits, generating opening and closing store reports, marketing Bed Bath and Beyond’s own brand, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service.• Bridal Consultant- Creating registries, escorting couples while providing product knowledge of all merchandise, achieving sales goals.• Shrink & Safety Captain- Attend monthly calls via telephone or in person and discuss ways to improve our store, certify all staff on safety and ways to prevent shrink, audit merchandise making sure it is properly tagged, monitor the electronic article surveilliance system daily.• Sales Associate- Function as a sales associate as needed, provide special ordering, drive sales.

• Manager Associate- Responsibilities included training staff, learning new sales techniques, meeting sales goals, resolving customer disputes, and going out on regular sales calls to obtain new accounts and maintain relationships with present accounts. My second year with the company I managed a new branch and accomplished leading sales numbers in South Florida.

• Bookseller- Customer relations, book sales, signing up customers for the B & N membership, checking inventory.• Barista- demonstrated excellence in service and hospitality, prepared and served drinks in a timely manor, cleaned and maintained supplies, inventory, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
