I am a professional dance artist, certified Gyrotonic® Instructor and movement specialist for children ages 0-5 yrs. I have worked with a myriad of populations from preschool aged children, young adults to the elderly. My background in professional dance combined with my role as a movement instructor and Gyrotonic® trainer has given me notable experience in working with the body and developing clear and compassionate communication when directing clients and students. My personal journey through injuries and chronic pain has allowed for a deep level of empathy and understanding when working with my Gyrotonic® clients and facilitating classes for young people. Feedback from my clients include that I help them relax into a meditative and focused state as they exercise and give intuitive energetic cues and guidance.
