•Define roles, responsibilities, and expectations of Panel Analytics Manager.•Identify recruiting opportunities, develop relationships and manage programs with recruiting partners.•Responsible for the identification, assessment and resolution of incidents and streamlining procedures while proactively identifying potential risks and performing trend analysis.•Execution of expansion and automation of existing reporting capabilities, configuring technical rule sets and policies and ensuring consistency across report platforms.•Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of panel recruiting by understanding the development, retention and attrition trends of the panel in order to execute the strategic and tactical direction for TAP Panel.•Define measurements necessary to monitor the performance of recruitment and retention processes•Report on all aspects of Panel Operations to VP and management across multiple technology teams on weekly and monthly basis.•Contribute to documentation of overall process improvements and defined logic based on the current state of the panel and anticipated changes of industry standards.•Conduct ETC/EAC/BAC analysis for on-going management of financial budget and forecasts and optimization of budget allocations.•Negotiate payment rates, structures, and caps for partners in order to maintain budget optimization while meeting needs and requirements of sample composition.•Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams including Technology, Survey Operations, Legal, Statistical Services, and Client Service.•Technical lead on all panel operation reporting; responsible for accessing and compiling needed and explainable data in order to reach goals and report on data for ongoing audits and maintenance of sample composition using SQL, Sybase, and Excel VBA. •Continually deliver on responsibilities as defined by Sr. Panel Development Analyst and Panel Development Analyst.

• Autonomously and proactively obtain the knowledge necessary to automate and consistently improve regular and ad hoc reports to more detailed, analyzed, and explainable conclusions for further understanding of cost effectiveness, campaign/panel effectiveness, and trending on an international scale using Visual Basic Script in Microsoft Excel and SQL.• Support all aspects of Panel Operations by creatively contributing to the diverse and extensive needs of managing multiple panel channels.• Lead for Panel Operations in the redesign of a companywide core reporting interface. Collaborate with SVP of Panel Operations to redefine business logic and calculations of feasibility through thorough research and analysis of past, present, and projected data.• Collaborate with a variety of cross functional teams including Technology, Survey Operations, Legal, Statistical Services, and Client Services to gather information and support for projects. • Continue management of vendor relationships in all panels by providing accurate and timely reporting, as well as being the primary contact in regards to invoicing, ad hoc data, and forecasting costs in order to analyze program effectiveness.• Research potential partners/vendors to expand new panel developments, increase panel data, and decrease costs. Assist Sr. Manager by contacting and maintaining relationships through contractual negotiations and technical needs in relation to client demands and development of analysis.

• Support the Senior Manager, Director, and VP with launches and ongoing operation of custom research panels for our clients, with responsibilities including, but not limited to, recruitment, retention, and support initiatives. • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of panel recruiting and management by scripting multi-functional queries to manipulate multiple data warehouses in order to effectively make recommendations for improvements. • Support daily operations and back-office functions of recruitment programs including invoicing and reporting. • Actively contribute to and support development and execution of new programs and processes to enhance recruiting initiatives and vendor management. Participate in the development of new panelist benefits, including project management, requirement gathering, and implementation. • Provide ad hoc reports and other support in conducting analysis and forecasting on panel composition, utilization, and optimization in order to maintain quality assurance and constant innovative improvement on a creative level.
