Portfolio PMO Manager:• Change Framework; creating a new framework to be used across all change projects and programmes to help the company manage change effectively and consistently. This included the creation of new processes, new guidance documentation, and creation of associated templates and artefacts to support the new processes and ways of working• Portfolio Pipeline Management; regular 1:1’s with Heads of Departments to review current and upcoming projects within their area• Portfolio Resource Tracking; working with PMs on the resource requirement for all projects within the portfolioProgramme PMO Lead & Planner:• Programme Planning; Owner and controller of the programme plan, working with the Programme Manager and Workstream Leads to ensure the plan has the appropriate level of detail and traceability across deliverables• Deliverables Management; Ensuring programme deliverables are correctly scoped, tracked and managed via the deliverables sign off process, maintaining full audit trail of version controlled artefacts and sign off evidence• Resource Planning; Working closely with the Programnme Manager to ensure the programme is resourcing correctly against scope and budget• Financial Management; Main point of contact for financial queries on the programme. Maintaining the financial tracker for the programme, tracking spend against agreed budgets. Facilitate monthly finance reviews with the Finance Business Partner. • Governance Artefacts; Owner and controller of all governance artefacts, facilitating regular reviews with the relevant programme members to ensure artefacts are maintained and reported on accurately. Artefacts include RAID Log, Change Requests, Lessons Learned, Decisions Log, Action Log, RASCI, and Stakeholder Mapping• Reporting; Co-creator of key programme reports such as SteerCo slide deck content, Working Group slide deck content, Project Status Reports, Plan On A Page (POAP) and ad hoc report requests when required
