Optimized processes and workflows for staffing and scheduling for the COVID vaccine Point of Dispensing (POD) clinics.Designed and Developed a Notice of Intent spreadsheet and process to notify over 15,000 interested parties of vaccine appointment availability.

Wrote, received and managed grants and projects associated with a county-wide community health assessment and improvement plan. Collaborated with stakeholders, partners and community members to ensure successful implementation of the Community Health Improvement Plan and managed three coalitions associated with the health priorities that were identified. Planned and implemented an agency strategic planning process. Collected, analyzed and managed documentation for the purposes of public health accreditation.

Conducted research of breastfeeding rates in Gallatin County in collaboration with Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. Reestablished the Gallatin Breastfeeding Coalition and built supporting website. Assisted in the development of an immunization coalition and worked with community partners to increase community education of vaccines. Helped with H1N1 pandemic response, specifically, vaccine management and distribution.

Implemented enterprise resource planning software, Microsoft Dynamics AX, in medium-sized companies. Used quality improvement tools to map current business processes and improve business processes.
