I am a Penn State alumni with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Labor and Employment Relations. I am a Certified Public Accountant. I started my career in public accounting, where I was exposed to audits in the hospitality, commercial real estate, not-for-profit, and residential real estate sectors. In 2017, I made the switch from public accounting to private accounting , joining one of the leading national private equity fund real estate managers in the US. I was responsible for the financial reporting on approximately 20 real estate properties spanning from private development deals to fully operational commercial buildings. Circa 2021, I joined Gorski Engineeeing as Director of Finance. In my current role, I manage the financial side of Gorski’s construction business coordinating items such as cash flow, lease agreements, insurance, and company benefits. I also implemented and prepare a monthly financial packet tracking important construction statistics including but not limited to WIP, backlog, KPI’s, financial statements, and an analytical summary. I also create forecasting and budgeting models to ensure our individual projects, as well as our overall company, are staying the course. 2021 was a great year, and I can’t wait to see Gorski’s success as we launch several new projects in 2022.
