I'm passionate about shifting power and bringing widespread social change in order to address the root causes of poverty, climate change, nature's destruction and injustice. I lead multidisciplinary advocacy, campaigns, communications and media staff to deliver climate programmes and projects. I apply organising and movement building approaches as well as mobilising and high level influencing strategies. My strengths are pushing for systemic change and for growth, stretching a team's imagination about what's possible and then putting in shared processes and plans for delivering it, identifying and strategising for political salience, measuring and celebrating impact, creative and smart campaign actions and communications, building and leveraging strong internal and external relationships across diverse audiences and building healthy and energetic team life. I have experience living and/or working in Germany, Sri Lanka and the USA, as well as the UK. I am a writer and public speaker.
