Oversee all Physics Lab TAs. Lead a weekly training meetings for TAs aimed to learn and strengthen teaching skills to help cultivate a positive learning environment for TAs and students. Redesign the introductory laboratory courses to incorporate significant technological improvements and adjust learning objectives.

As a captain I work to organize team events, choreograph competitive dance routines, plan fundraisers, balance our account, and lead a group of my pears. I recognize and utilize team members talents, and work to bring the best out of the group. Currently, we are working on planning and preparing for a National Competition.

I tutor student in physics, astronomy, and math courses of many varieties. As a tutor, I teach fundamental concepts, address student questions, plan sessions, and prep students by preparing practice courses. This job also includes many professional development educational sessions.

Participating in Lattice QCD related research as a part of MSU's REU. Specifically, Iutilized Machine Learning techniques to estimate Lattice QCD Kaon correlator function values under the mentorship of Dr. Huey-Wen Lin. I was able to utilize smaller momentum correlator data to accurately predict data for higher momenta values while additionally correcting for machine bias.

Work in shockwave and fireball physics applications on nuclear test films. Developed methods in producing more accurate yield determinations for high mass-to-yield weapons.
