I am the Relocation Director at Lamacchia Realty, where I have the privilege of overseeing all inside sales activities that involve everyone throughout the organization. This means that I am the primary point of contact for receiving and assigning all of our relocation and referral business.My journey with Lamacchia Realty began in early 2016 when I joined as a receptionist and Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to our sales team. That same summer, I made the decision to obtain my Real Estate license. By the spring of 2017, I began to play a more significant role in the company's growing Relocation business, eventually becoming the official Relocation Coordinator by the summer of that year. In this capacity, I assisted buyers and sellers with relocation needs across the country. I worked closely with the the Relocation Director and played a key role in expanding our presence within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. This journey culminated in February 2018 when we had the honor of received the Fast Tracker award at the annual Leading RE conference.In January of 2020, my dedication and leadership skills led me to my current role, where I joined the company-wide Leadership team. In this capacity, I continue to manage the Relocation work I've been involved in while taking on increased responsibilities to drive the growth of our Relocation Department. I am a proud member of the Relocation Directors Council and am well-known among the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network across the country. I have become the go-to person for national relocation directors with clients moving to Massachusetts.On the academic front, I hold an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and have previous experience working at a reputable law firm that primarily focused on real estate transactions. I am passionate about the world of real estate and am committed to helping our clients (buyers, sellers, and corporate) navigate the complex process of relocation with ease and confidence.
