Sarah also has general litigation experience defending professional malpractice, premises liability, product liability, business litigation, and commercial litigation claims. Sarah regularly appears on behalf of clients in both New York and New Jersey courts. She is involved with all aspects of litigation including pre-trial discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Additionally, she has experience representing clients at mediation and has successfully negotiated favorable settlements agreements. Sarah is active in pro bono representation and has worked with Appellate Advocates, a not-for-profit public defender organization in New York, on a criminal appeal in the New York Appellate Division.
