• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and developers to produce a high-quality customer experience.

• Contributed to the Pantera Design System for the university.
• Meet frequently with clients to assure projects stay on track and achieve set goals.
• Managed junior strategists and act as liaison to other university web professionals.

Miami

• As a member of the Office of Digital Communications, an in-house digital agency, I produced research-backed content for the university’s flagship web presences. My responsibilities include:
• Created and organized web content for nearly 20 of FIU’s public-facing web properties, such as college and department websites, as well as landing pages for events and marketing initiatives.
• Conducted usability studies to enhance the user experience of FIU websites.
• Created personas and journey maps that illuminate the user experience and inform product development.
• Worked with the team in design sprints for larger projects.
• Interviewed stakeholders to assess requirements of projects.

• I worked on the continuous news desk as a freelance online producer. My day-to-day activities included:
• Curating the front page of MiamiHerald.com.
• Tagging, categorizing and publishing news stories in the CMS.
• Managing social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram.
• Coordinating with reporters and photographers in the field to publish stories and photos online.
