Bush Kids is a "forest school" style education and care service for children in Sandy Beach, NSW. The program centres around outdoor exploration and adventure, nature observation and education, self discovery and wild fun!

Coordinated the delivery of a $4.5 million Australian Government funding package to support the recovery of threatened species and ecological communities following the Black Summer bushfires of 2019-2020.

Coordinated various landscape-scale, collaborative environmental projects including 'Living Links', which aims to create a web of green spaces across Melbourne's south-east.

Investigated how an endangered native marsupial, the Southern Brown Bandicoot, is surviving in novel linear habitats in peri-urban Melbourne. Applied project that developed management recommendations for conserving the species as urbanisation continues.

Provided technical advice, wrote reports, and presented environmental educational talks for local and state government, community groups and schools.

Provided biodiversity perspective within small team of staff supporting a community-based environmental network comprising over 30 Landcare and Friends groups in the Western Port catchment. Wrote the 'Biolinks Project Action Plan: Linking Habitats across the Western Port Catchment Central Region' (2008; 95 pages) and 'Bandicoot Corner Management Plan' (2009; 37 pages).
