I managed our institutional transition from UW to ASU, playing a pivotal role integrating CRPE's HR, Operations, technology, and knowledge management processes all while leading our internal culture and strategy initiatives. My work provides structure and connections to maximize the impact of CRPE's communications team, research analysts, and operations specialists. • Lead network of 17 partner institutions and state site coordinators from non-profit organizations, universities, state education departments, and regional education advisory institutes. • Fellowship recruitment, expansion, and evaluation. • Develop Alumni opportunities and content including webinars, blogs, and workshops. • Manage CRM database, website, newsletter, and social media presence for alumni network (9,000) and National cohort (300+ Fellows annually). • Design program content and lead logistics for the Washington Policy Seminar, the capstone professional development event covering Federal education policy (320+ attendees annually).• Project management, budget administration, and fiscal agent responsibility for special projects (ex. Washington Areas School Study Council, Global Education Policy Fellowship).

I am responsible for upholding excellent customer service skills whilst working efficiently and safely. I am trained to work on the tills, in the bakery, and on the shop floor and am versatile and detail-oriented in all of these roles.

As a research intern I contributed to numerous projects contracted by the Institute. I was involved with conducting literature searches, extracting interview transcripts, designing framework analyses, running basic statistical tests and writing headline figures. I have worked on projects for numerous organizations and departments including the MoD, DWP, BIS, and EU-OSHA. I regularly used Word, Excel, and SPSS in this position.

Academic mentor to students in the global studies department. My role involved meeting students one on one to discuss and edit coursework and assessments, as well as doing group presentations on study skills. I also participated in Open Days, giving tours and meeting with prospective students and their parents.

I was responsible for the happiness and safety of up to twelve children. I lead them to activities, organized and presented educational and fun programs, and was an exemplary role model and approachable guide to their time at summer camp.
