Facilitated strategic philanthropic gifts from generous benefactors and alumni at the University of Melbourne during the challenging Covid-19 pandemic period. Specialised in Gifts in Wills and bequests, living bequests, and major gifts for the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences to advance teaching, learning and research for the health and wellbeing of society. This included securing support for the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity and other key research institutes critical to Australia’s response to the global health crisis.Demonstrated success in fundraising for strategic priorities, program strategy, stakeholder management, policy development, training and coaching.

Led the Gift & Estate Planning program at ANU, starting out as the Senior Development Officer, and advancing to the Development Manager to grow the team and program. Supported the establishment and ongoing development activities of this humanitarian aid NGO based in Bodrum, Turkey, dedicated to providing emergency aid and assistance to people in hardship or need, including those who have been displaced and are seeking refuge in Muğla and the surrounding regions of Turkiye. Volunteered at fundraising events and activities and worked on the frontline, collecting and distributing donations and care packages and assisting with re-settlement activities.

Taught children English as a second language by developing creative and interactive educational resources and nurturing an engaging, diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Delivered revenue and capital fundraising across individual giving, corporate partnerships, trust and foundation grants and annual giving. Managed operations for Tate Learning including compliance and governance, human resources, financial management and reporting, information and records management, stakeholder engagement, and communications and marketing. Developed successful funding applications and philanthropic proposals and met reporting requirements for funders. Secured strategic partnerships with universities and academics, arts institutions, industry, artists and community organisations to broaden and diversify programming and audience and community engagement. Managed and developed online learning resources across all programs and supported the delivery of public programs and events for children, young people, families and adults that increased participation in, understanding of and access to Tate's exhibitions and collections.Additional responsibilities acting as Curator of Adult Programmes. Delivered educational and creative public programs and public events for adults that widened participation in exhibitions and invited academic discourse and new ways of looking at art.

Delivered the Crown Land and Asset Data Management Project, developing and executing the communication plan for stakeholder engagement and consultation to improve reporting on NSW Crown Land. Created an online reporting system for reserve trusts with training and resources.

Writing, editing and consultancy services to arts and heritage institutions and organisations, government departments and the private sector. Provided creative and business services for artists, including artist statements, biographies, interviews, press releases and other marketing and publicity, and content development.

Volunteer visitor services and museum management for the Lock-up, a multidisciplinary contemporary art space and historical museum managed by the Newcastle Historic Reserve Trust. Promoted arts and culture through supporting the program of exhibitions, residencies, events and educational activities.

Delivered the 2008 Newcastle Open annual architecture festival produced with the Australian Architecture Association and The Lock-up Cultural Centre. Supported the Festival Manager with research, programming, promotion and partnerships and delivered architectural tours on Festival day.

Managed the administration and operations of the public programs division, and supported delivery of a diverse program of public programs and events that enhanced exhibitions and research across the museum portfolio, including The Mint, Hyde Park Barracks, Sydney Museum and Government House. Additional responsibilities acting as Cultural Program Officer. Delivered the 2008 Sydney Open publication and supported the development and execution of this flagship architecture festival that opens some of Sydney’s best loved buildings to the public for one day.

Meroogal House Museum Project:Developed an online exhibition for the Meroogal House Museum website based on collection research and produced a portfolio of Significance Statements for collection management records.

Sales, curatorship, collection management, marketing and exhibitions for this commercial art gallery specialising in contemporary established and emerging Australian and Aboriginal art. The gallery has now relocated to Broom in Western Australia.

Nicholson Album Project:Catalogued artworks in 19th century scrapbook in the Sydney University art collection and conducted invaluable historical and significance research to inform future exhibitions and demonstrate the value of the University collection.

Successfully recruited, trained and coordinated campaign fundraisers for engagement and participation in the Passion4Planet campaign in Sydney and regional NSW. The campaign reduced greenhouse emissions at the consumer level through public awareness and uptake of water and energy saving technologies.
