I am a health enthusiast who is passionate about helping others make healthy lifestyle choices that will improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Through my MSc in Health Promotion & Public Health, I have been actively involved in research; successfully developed a public health policy brief; and was winner of the Associations of Health Services Manager Award 2020/21 for project management.Being awarded a place on 2018-2019 British Council Study USA Programme highlights my desire to excel and expand my understanding of different cultural and learning methods. Living for a year in North Carolina ensured that my communication and interpersonal skills received a beneficial boost. Throughout life I have demonstrated a desire to support, help, encourage and improve the lives of people from time spent working in care homes, engaging with the homeless, vulnerable people and youth work. I look forward to opportunities to turn my passion into a career, with the goal of impacting the arena of Health Promotion and Public Health.
