Working within the Income department I was responsible for the administration and processing of all rent reviews, section 25 renewal notices and administration of all permanent and temporary variations to existing agreements. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and adherence to company policies.• Management of the Cyclical Rent Review administration process• Management of the Renewals (Section 25) administration process• Management of the Temporary Business Support administration process• Administration of all other requests for variations to existing agreements ensuring these are properly documented & approved• Administration of existing and new minimum purchase obligation & cash bonus schemes• Assisting the Rent Review Team Manager with other tasks/projects when required

• Member of a team of 7 individuals who oversee compliance for Manpower UK• Leading the team in my region – M25 Corridor & Eastern Home Counties consisting of 25 branches• Main point of contact for compliance issues across the Manpower branch network• Auditing branches across the country, comprehensive administration of my findings followed by coaching• Delivering Compliance workshops to collegues ranging from Operations Managers to Consultants• Management of individual Consultants who fall fowl of compliance• Monitoring of KPI’s for these individuals, measuring there output against compliance• Delivering communcation across the company regarding new legislation that impacts our industry• Attendance & presentation at regional meeting to outline information gathered over each quarter• Collation of Management Information regarding audit findings for Key accounts • Aiding in the prevention of Data Privacy preaches across the branch networkReason for leaving: This role involves being away from home 3 nights per week something I have now realised is not for me.
