This job entails book keeping, cash handling, cleaning, managing teams of staff, adhering to OHS, RSA and RCG rules, closing and or opening the venue.Working as a team we would organise the running and set up of different events. This involved talking with clients, creating menus and drinks lists, styling including set up and down of the event and over seeing the running of the event.
