This has provided the opportunity to gain new skills and experience. I worked for over a decade in primary schools and had the privilege of working with pupils and their families requiring SEND support. I learnt the importance of tailoring educational and emotional support to the specific needs of the child. I am passionate about assessible educational for all. My area of expertise is language and I believe that language development and the skills of communication, reading and writing can change peoples life's. One of my most valued aspects of working life is the people I meet, get to know and learn from. I believe it is important to create positive, respectful working relationships.
